In accordance with the terms of the Barbados 2026 Offshore Direct Negotiations, the Ministry of Energy, Business Development and Consumer Affairs (Ministry) provides the following responses to the requests for clarification submitted by interested parties. These responses are provided for the benefit of all prospective applicants and should be read together with the Barbados 2026 Guidelines for Direct Negotiations and the Barbados 2026 Pre-Qualification Criteria.
