Nineteen (19) offshore blocks are available for licensing under the Barbados 2026 Offshore Direct Negotiations.
Of these nineteen blocks, three (3) include newly established ultra-deepwater blocks – Windmill, Landship and Culpepper – located in the eastern section of the island’s offshore acreage. In addition, the Oistins block, which was withheld from previous licensing campaigns, is now available for licensing under the 2026 Direct Negotiations.
